Become Mindful of the present moment and
release your creativity

Are you stressed, have anxiety and find it difficult to deeply calm down your brain and body?
Are you an overthinker, worry way too much and find it difficult to tame your busy monkey brain?
Are you addicted to your phone or a workaholic and know you need to change something, but don’t know how and where to start?
Are you a high achiever, but noticed the joy and excitement in your personal life is missing?
I hear you.
In 2018 I couldn't stop my busy brain, couldn’t tame the negative self-talk and after months of stress;
I ended up with 3 anxiety attacks a day.
One morning I decided to, not wait at home till it got over, but to do the thing that I deeply love: photography.
Even though I felt like shit; my heart rate was rising and I was afraid of a heart attack, my brain was going in circles and my breathing got weird.
I forced myself to go to the park, sit down under my tree, breathe and study the leaves. After a while I picked up my camera and started photographing. Because I shifted my focus on my visual senses I got out of anxiety and lowered my stress levels, the joy for life was back and I could literally and figuratively see clear again.
As a professional photographer I see photography and mindfulness as one. You shift your focus on your visual senses. You are fully present and aware while taking photos. You pay attention to the present moment, rather than being lost in thoughts or having your attention diverted by external distractions.
As a result you get out of your stress modus, learn to appreciate the moment, gain more focus and see the bigger picture and admire the wonders of nature. It brings perspective, joy and as a bonus; you end up with beautiful photos.
In 2022 I completed a 300 days Life Coaching study and am a certified Heroic coach.
I integrated mindset exercises with photography and created the mindfulness through photography course.
It's full of fun creative exercises which let you experience your creativity and senses in a completely different way.
Do you want to lower your stress levels, be more present in the moment, awaken your creativity and see life through another lens?
I tested the course on friends and they loved it.
Now its time to share it, for free, with you.
On Sunday 25th of June I give a free mindfulness photography course
